the north, where Manchuria, Inner Mongolia (comprising the Chinese provinces of Chahar, Suiyuan and Ninghsia) and Sinki ang are already progressing towards varying degrees of indopendence, tho first two under Comunist influence, and the third (Sinkiang)

as a result of a native autonomy movement which many

people consider to be Soviet-sponsored.
